Then the appetizer is served, and we picked is the Homemade smoked salmon with citrus. The salmon was smoked by apple tree wood and serve with a layer of apple and beetroot salad and avocado purée and crispy croutons

Here comes our main course, we order the grilled Spanish pork shoulder loin. Estimate about 200gsm of pork shoulder loin medium well cook with some pig skin on top, Garlic mashed potatoes, chermoula sauce, glazed vegetables and pork jus. A very tender and juicy dish which is their signature dish. We love it everything blends very well

And the other main course is black truffles chicken breast. slow cooked whole chicken breast and pair with Rösti potato, glazed vegetables and creamy chanterelle mushroom sauce.
